Post-copy garden
In this project Ksenia Simakova addresses the phenomenon of referability and repetitiveness, emphasizing the value of authenticity in the modern world of copies.
"World is surrounded by copies. Not only copies of objects, spaces, appearances, but even copies of thoughts. By making repost, we every time choosing to express our impulses by a copy of somebody else thoughts. There are the same ready made structures everywhere, in little bit different colors.
With this project I want to appeal to viewer to listen own impulses more carefully and share them to the world. I believe that every human have inside an unique combination of authentic elements, that can be grown into a gorgeous garden"
